Bulletin No 1

The first planning meeting for 2009 was held on Monday 2nd March with a small but enthusiastic group in attendance.
It would be good to see more people at the next meeting at 7.30 pm on Monday 27th April. This is the second Monday of Term Two.

Thank you to all who have volunteered to take on these tasks. We would love to hear from anyone willing to be Entertainment Coordinator and to assist Michele Paine and Sally Wilson. Also an assistant for Tony Goad. The person will be responsible for coordinating the finance team on the day of the Fair.
*Anyone who has a band, or access to one, and can act as MC would be perfect to fill the role of Entertainment Coordinator.
